Let's get this party started! Welcome to the Constitutional Convention nightclub, where the joint is rocking.

The Framers are hanging the newly-framed Constitution on the back wall. The States are celebrating the birth of a new nation. Everyone is dancing the night away...until the Supreme Court Justices announce that Bill O. Rights is cutting the VIP line and trying to get into the club. It seems some people left off the guest list are worried that the Constitution didn't provide enough protection for individual rights. Should they let Bill in?

Thus sparks off a hilarious, electrifying civics showcase that rocks and rolls through the first ten Amendments. From the right to free speech to the rights of the accused, no right is left out.

The Constitution needs an amendment, and amendment means change, and it's up to the power of the people to make that change!
